    hello.......
    hmmmm.....in my life there are so many ideal personalities..... the answer of this question... there is only one personality and he is Mohammad Ramzan the CHIEF LIBRARIAN Of(LUMS).He is such a nice person and always behave like a father and friend as well.whenever i meet him i feel proud on my profession.

    Congratulation for initiating such a nice plateform to interact and share ideas of each other,
    coming to the questions I would say it is a difficult question to answer because inspiration can come from any where at different levels. I have never been inspired by any librarian till now, howevere I am great admirer of some professionals like Syed Ahmad Naqvi as I am priviledged to have some oppertunities to learn from him.

    I got my first impression of S A Naqvi during a study visit to Aga Khan University in 2001 where he conducted a session on the "National Library Of Medicine(NLM) Classification Scheme" and the way he taught was amazing.

    Hello Resourceful community (librarians)

    Inspiration can come almost from anywhere.When i recall sweet old memories in my mind, a humble,nice,simple and helpful person talks to me.Yes, i was in college then, new to college environment.Library was my shelter place.Azra baji was the librarian there.Baji was a title given to her by students.I always found her supportive and good listner.All library resources were kept in a very organized way.She always had a smile on her face....

    This is life and it goes on.
